What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods including:

What currency will I be charged in?

The purchase will be charged in Israeli shekels.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and sent you will shortly receive an email with a tracking link. 


If there's an issue with delivery, can you help?

We will help as much as possible, however, many delivery companies don't allow us to act on your behalf so we would advise speaking to the delivery company to locate or rearrange delivery 


Where do you ship to?

We are able to ship to most countries, however, there are a few that we aren't able to. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us via our online chat or at contact@capricornhomecollections.com


How long does delivery take?

As we ship worldwide this can vary by country, we are able to provide an estimate for the majority of places but we usually advise 7-28 days after processing.

 

Do you accept returns?

We do! We are happy to accept returns for different reasons. In some cases, we are able to provide a free returns label but usually not when a client just changes is mind and there is no problem with the product. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
